General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Casa Refill

  1. Scope of application: These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Casa Refill and the customers that are transacted via the Casa Refill online store.

  2. Conclusion of contract: The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.

  3. Prices and payment: All prices are final prices in CHF and include VAT. Payment can be made by prepayment, credit card or other payment methods specified in the online store.

  4. Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Information on delivery times is non-binding, unless a binding delivery date has been agreed in exceptional cases.

  5. Right of withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

  6. Liability: Casa Refill is not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself or for other financial losses.

  7. Data protection: The data required for business transactions are stored and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies as part of order processing. All personal data will be treated confidentially.

  8. Final provisions: The law of Switzerland applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of Casa Refill.
