Casa Refill was founded by Viviana Hürlimann . Inspired by a refill shop in Mexico City and shaped by her Swiss and Mexican roots, she unites both cultures in a sustainable concept.

We want to offer natural and sustainable products that combine the joy of life and traditional plant knowledge of Mexico with Swiss quality standards – plastic-free, consciously and lovingly selected.

We're not perfect yet, but sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We're constantly working to improve packaging and use resources responsibly.

• Reuse & Refill : Glass bottles can be refilled indefinitely with us.
• Reduce : Our solid shampoo bars replace plastic bottles and last twice as long.
• Recycle : Packaging is made from recycled cardboard or compostable cornstarch.

Shipping is free for orders over 50 CHF , otherwise there is a shipping fee of 9 CHF per order.

We currently deliver within Switzerland.

Yes, within 30 days . It is important that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method.
